LeadFinn Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: your email address, display name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
• What you create: paper trading orders, saved scans, backtests, alerts, watchlists and strategies.
• How you use the site (our own analytics): pages opened, time on a page and how far it was scrolled, the names of buttons and links clicked, actions such as running a backtest or a scan, the sentence typed into the scanner's search box, errors, device type and screen width, and the website or campaign that brought you here. A random ID kept in your browser links these together, and once you sign in they are linked to your account.
• What our analytics does not collect: your IP address, or anything you type into forms other than the scanner sentence.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

• Sign-in: a cookie that keeps you signed in.
• LeadFinn analytics: a random ID stored in your browser (local storage), used only by us.
• Google Analytics: Google's cookies, used to measure visits. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Google AdSense: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.

3. Why we use it

To run your account and the tools, to find and fix errors, and to learn which pages and features help traders so that we can improve them. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. Who else processes it

Google (sign-in, Analytics and AdSense) and our cloud host, only to run the service. Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS).

5. How long we keep it

Analytics events are deleted after 180 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

6. Your choices and rights
