1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and LeadFinn, the website at leadfinn.co and its apps. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use LeadFinn. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. What LeadFinn provides

LeadFinn provides research and practice tools: charts, a stock scanner, backtesting, paper trading with virtual money, price and scan alerts, calculators and educational articles. LeadFinn does not place real orders, does not hold your money or securities, and is not a stock broker. LeadFinn is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing on the site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Read the disclaimer.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
• You can stop using LeadFinn at any time and ask us to delete your account.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

• copy, scrape or resell LeadFinn's data, results or pages in bulk, or use automated tools to overload the site;
• try to break, probe or get around its security, its limits or other users' accounts;
• use shared scans, names or descriptions to advertise, spam, share contact numbers or promote paid "tips";
• use LeadFinn for anything unlawful.

Some heavy features have a daily limit per account so the service stays fast for everyone.

5. Scans and strategies you share

You keep the ideas you build. When you make a scan or strategy public, you allow LeadFinn to show it, its name and description, and its daily results on the site, including on its own page, without showing who made it. You can make it private again or delete it at any time, and its public page is removed. We may remove shared content that breaks these terms.

6. Data and results

Prices, candles and calculations on LeadFinn come from market-data feeds and our own engine. We work to keep them correct, but they can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and backtest results describe the past only. Do not rely on LeadFinn to make real trading decisions or to place orders; check prices with your broker. LeadFinn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LeadFinn is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit or other loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site, its data, its results or its content. Every trading decision you make is your own.

8. Our content

The site's design, software, articles, study results and images belong to LeadFinn. You may share links and quote short parts with credit and a link back; please do not republish whole pages.

9. Changes, suspension and the law

We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced on the site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
